Capitol Hill Chamber’s monthly Business Development Forum is targeted at small business owners focused on growing their organization. On June 14th they invite you to learn about the new federal 8(m) woman-owned small business designation. This is a new category the federal government began offering that allows contracting officers to set aside certain contracts for woman-owned small businesses and economically disadvantaged woman-owned small businesses. This introduction is designed to help you understand the program’s requirements and how you can apply.
