March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction is Back!

Here’s a great opportunity to put your wining and dining funds to good, charitable use. The March of Dimes–a non-profit organization dedicated to helping moms have full-term pregnancies and the health of babies–presents their annual Signature Chefs Auction.

The event boasts an impressive assemblage of Chairs, including Honorary Chairs Walter Scheib, a former White House Executive Chef and his wife Jean Scheib, Signature Chef Robert Wiedmaier of Brasserie Beck, BRABO, Marcel’s, The Tasting Room and Mussel Bar, and Cocktail Chair Jo Jo Valenzuela of Old Glory Barbeque.

Attendees will enjoy featured signature cocktails from Jo Jo Valenzuela of Old Glory BBQ, Jaime Mac Bain of Bourbon Steaks, Jeff Faile of Fiola, Rachel Sergi of the Jack Rose Dining Saloon, and Micah Wilder of Black Jack. It’s a mixology dream team!

The Signature Chefs Auction of DC features 25 of the city’s top chefs, wineries and bartenders. The event is being held at one of the Capital’s premier hotels, The Ritz-Carlton of Georgetown. Spend the night enjoying culinary tastings, fine wine, and entertainment for a great cause. The evening will include silent and live auctions of unique dining packages, hotel stays and weekend getaways.
