There’s a Pinkalicious Pumpkin Party at Room & Board

Parents grab the kiddies and head over to Room & Board for a fun filled pumpkin party. The occasion is a celebration of popular children’s author Victoria Kann’s new book, Pinkalicious and the Pink Pumpkin, and this year’s collection of children’s furniture from Room & Board. It’s a party with something fun for kids and mom and dad.

On Saturday, October 15, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Victoria Kann, will be signing Pinkalicious and the Pink Pumpkin in DC at the Room & Board showroom at 1840 14th Street NW. The party will include an intimate reading by the author, in addition to pumpkin decorating and snacks for the children. Mom and dad will be happy because, to celebrate the release of this year’s collection of children’s furniture, Room & Board will hold a random draw for a chance to win a free set of four Little Jake chairs and a Jill table.

Pinkalicious is an adorable little girl whose search for pink leads to fun and adventure. Victoria Kann says, “Fall is one of Pinkalicious’ favorite seasons because of all the wonderful colors and also because she gets to visit the pumpkin patch.” This book is the tenth in a series of books written and illustrated by Victoria Kann. By day, Ms. Kann is a talented artist living in New York City with two Pinkerellas, who like Pinkalicious, love pink cupcakes.
