Fuse Pilates Making Moves for Movember!

| 11/21/2011

In celebration of Movember, a month-long prostate cancer movement in which men grow mustaches to raise awareness to help fight prostate cancer, Fuse Pilates has specially scheduled two classes to encourage physical activity and promote the cause.

All mustaches, short, long, bushy, etc. are welcome and encouraged! Proceeds from these two classes will be donated to the Movember Foundation, the organization behind the cause, to support prostate cancer and other male cancer initiatives.

Approximately one-third of cancer deaths expected to occur in men will be related to obesity, physical inactivity and poor nutrition and can be prevented. So, bring your friends, especially those with great mustaches, and exercise with Fuse Pilates to support Movember!

What: Fuse Pilates Movember classes
When: Sunday, December 4, 2011 | 5:30 p.m.

HOSPITAL BEDS 5 pts

My dad died of prostate cancer, he was 45, he had it for 2yrs so he was 43 when first spotted, I'm now 27 I go every year on my birthday for a PSA test, but they've told me it's not a reliable test, so what's the bloody point?? I still go none the less..... I have two beautiful kids & I don't want to leave them like my dad left me, albeit not his doing..? So if you have a history of this in your family, PLEASE! Go & get checked out, it's a quick blood test, that's all...... Think of your kids or family!! ~LISA
