Eat Drink and Listen at The Hamilton 24/7

| 12/19/2011

The doors officially opened at The Hamilton this evening, DC’s newest restaurant offering Washingtonians a place to ‘eat drink listen’ 24 hours a day, 364 days a year (closed on Christmas Day). A brave offering, the location sprawls over 37,000 sq feet with five bars, six dining areas, an upstairs loft for private events, and a live music venue that can seat 260 with 100 additional bar stools — that grabbed our attention!

The events scene kicks off on December 23rd with The Junkyard Saints followed by The David Kitchen Band 12/26, Will Gravatt Band 12/27, Christylez Bacon 12/28, Soul Crackers 12/29, and Justin Trawick Group 12/30 — tickets for all shows are available for $15 on their website.

A special New Year’s Eve show The Music Maker Blues Revue will celebrate legendary musicians, rooted in traditional Southern Blues featuring Luther “Captain Luke” Mayer, Cool John Ferguson, Ironing Board Sam Moore, Pat “Mother Blues” Cohen, Big Ron Hunter, Albert White, Nashid Abdul Khaaliq, Ardie Dean and Hook Herrera. Your $100 ticket will include  an assortment of heavy hors d’oeuvres and a champagne toast. Cash bar and entrees from the full menu will also be available for purchase.
