The Mad Hatter’s Dance Party to Celebrate Washington Ballet’s Alice
The Mad Hatter’s Dance Party celebrates the upcoming premiere of The Washington Ballet‘s Alice (in Wonderland). The event is the 11th annual Jete Society Dance Party, which has become one of the most popular young professionals events in Washington.
The dance party is the just the beginning of what’s sure to become an Alice in Wonderland craze this spring, as the Washington Ballet bring us the world premier of their new production. Alice (in wonderland) is a collaboration among Washington Ballet’s choreographer Septime Webre, designer of Cirque du Soliel’s OVO, Liz Vandal and composer Matthew Pierce. The dance party and the ballet alike are sure to be events to remember.
