Foodie and the Beast Live at Carmine’s
It’s a tale as old as time: Foodie meets beast. Foodie marries beast. Foodie and beast start an edgy radio show to give listeners the inside scoop on the hottest restaurants, the tastiest libations and the latest food gossip in the District.
Nycci and David Nellis are, respectively, the foodie and the beast and the hosts of the show, Foodie and the Beast, which airs Sunday mornings on WTOP-AM. However, on January 15, the dynamic duo is taking their show out of the studio and straight to Carmine’s DC to broadcast in front of a live audience.
Audience members will enjoy Bloody Marys and Mimosas throughout the live broadcast, while scheduled celebrity chefs and mixologists dish with Nycci and David on the latest food trends.
Tickets for the brunch and show are available for $35 and can be purchased online at bit.ly/carminesshow. Heckling David is allowed.
