Wine and Food Truck Pairing Dinner at The Fourth Estate
Food trucks have been all the rage for the last couple of years. While the convenience and novelty of eating from a mini mobile restaurant is appealing, the main reason I (and I imagine many others) often opt to go to a “real restaurant” is the availability of wine – oh, and the whole tables, chairs, and roof thing. For one night at least, that’s all going to change. The food trucks are coming indoors and the wine will be flowing.
The Fourth Estate Restaurant at the National Press Club is hosting a Wine and Food Truck Pairing dinner where six of DC’s favorite food truck vendors will be serving signature dished paired with Fourth Restaurant wines.
You can expect yummy selections from:
- The Big Cheese
- Go Fish!
- Lemongrass Vietnamese Cuisine
- DC Empanadas
- BBQ Bus
- Curbside Cupcakes
Attendees will be entered into a drawing to win a private cooking lesson with the National Press Club’s Executive Chef Susan Delbert. The $35 admission gets you a six-course tasting menu paired with featured wines.
