Joy of Motion Dance Center Presents DCypher Dance Ascension: Phase 5
Looking for a fun way to spend a Saturday night? Join Joy of Motion Dance Center’s resident adult hip hop company DCypher Dance as they celebrate their five year anniversary at the Atlas Performing Arts Center in Washington, DC on Saturday, July 9, 2011. The hip hop concert titled Ascension: Phase 5 features choreography from DCypher Dance member Nikki Gambhir, as well as a host of talented artists including Porche Anthony of Beat Ya Feet Kings – a Washington based hip hop dance crew who competed on Season 4 of MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew.
Tribal Affairs at Artisphere
Artisphere goes late night again this weekend with Tribal Affairs, a multi-disciplinary art exhibition featuring the work of 17 student artists through a visual exhibition, fashion show, and culinary arts tasting. And that’s just to get you started. Following a mind-stimulating evening, the DJ will get your body moving on the dance floor rounding out the perfect Saturday evening.
Hamiltonian Capital Launch Celebration
DC Magazine and Hamiltonian Gallery invite you to join them in celebration of the launch of Hamiltonian Capital.
