Virginia Yoga Week Descends Upon Us Again
Virginia Yoga week is back for their fourth run from June 12 – 19th with community events, class discounts, and ample opportunity to support several good causes such as The Exalted Warrior Foundation, Carpenter’s Shelter, People for Haiti, Give Back Yoga, Reston Inter Faith and the Loudoun County Animal Shelter. There will be more than 80 free or $5 classes classes that cater to people of all fitness levels from Arlington to Occoquan with the goal to promote the benefits of yoga for mind, body and spirit for all.
