TWEETUPS
USA for UNHCR #BlueKey Tweetup
USA for UNHCR is hosting their second annual #BlueKey tweetup at Ceiba Restaurant to benefit Refugees worldwide. The Blue Key campaign’s goal is to get a minimum of 6,000 people in the US to order their own Blue Keys by December 31, 2011. You can help them reach this goal and show your support by attending the tweetup and helping to spread awareness. The BlueKey symbol was selected to depict the idea of the safe and secure home that the UN Refugee Agency strives to achieve for the 43.7 million refugees that find themselves displaced from their homes due to war, conflict, or prosecution.
Nordstrom to Host their First Fashion Tweetup
Nordstrom’s has partnered with luxury blog fashion + class & jet lag and mens/womenswear designer George Zaharoff for their first ever in-store Tweetup at select locations. “This is the future of marketing – social media. And doing this innovative collaboration with George and Nordstrom is going to be exciting. The best part will be meeting everyone and also tweeting with them” says Editor of fashion + class & jet lag, Giuseppe Longo.
