Food trucks have been all the rage for the last couple of years. While the convenience and novelty of eating from a mini mobile restaurant is appealing, the main reason I (and I imagine many others) often opt to go to a “real restaurant” is the availability of wine – oh, and the whole tables, chairs, and roof thing.
